What a lovely way to start the new year! BHLDN, a wedding line brought to you by Anthropologie, is having a gown sale January 5th – 10th and we are lucky enough to live in the only city with a boutique! Gowns will be marked down as much as 45% so I’d say it’s definitely worth taking a gander…

Weddings on the infamous day of 11-11-11 have to be unforgettable, and that is exactly what this one was! From the huge tent on the Plaza at City Centre, to the couple’s dog (Chanel) as a bridesmaid, to the monkey in the kids reception, to the full size ice bar, this wedding surpassed all of our expectations!

Ashley and Sean’s fairytale romance begin a little over 6 years ago. With all the back and forth traveling, the baseball career, and lots more, these two worked very hard to keep their love alive. This proved to be true on this amazing occasion, called their wedding day!

Crystal and Justin’s wedding came together beautifully with the help of their families and the couple themselves. Both the ceremony and the reception took place at the bride’s parent’s working farm so there was a considerable amount of labor that went into making it look perfect come wedding day. It turned out to be just the right mixture of simple elegance and rustic, showcased with mason jars, shepherd’s hooks, floating candles, string lights, and burlap. Please enjoy this beautiful barn wedding that we were lucky enough to be a part of!

Brenham Wedding :: Sarah + Nathan

We met Sarah in June 2010 where we began developing ideas for her 2011 outdoor, summer wedding in Brenham, Texas. The bride is originally from Brenham, so she really wanted to include her favorite places and things from Brenham into her wedding. After a few venue tours, we quickly decided on Antique Rose Emporium as the perfect setting for her outdoor reception. Being a member of the St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, she already knew where she and Nathan would say their vows!

Then it was time to decide on all the fun details. From the tent to flowers, to the Blue Bell Ice Cream station, no detail was overlooked. Sarah and Nathan wanted an elegant, outdoor, rustic meets garden feel for their reception, and that is exactly was we gave them!
